Non-Russian participants need a visa to enter the Russian Federation. Russian embassies or consulates in your country require the invitation issued by the Federal Migration Service.
To prepare the invitation, the Organizing Committee asks you to fill in the APPLICATION QUESTIONNAIRE that you can download here and to send it together with your international passport scan copy to the secretary of the Conference for international contacts Elena Bondareva, mainoffice@iph.krasn.ru, until March 30, 2016.
Please keep in mind that the exact time of getting your visa depends on the working schedule of the Russian embassy or consulate in your country. For exact information, please, consult the nearest Russian embassy or consulate.
The Organizing Committee will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual request. Such an invitation is intended to help potential participants in raising travel funds. Note that the invitation letter is not the only document to obtain your visa.
